This is a managed switch so you can create multiple VLANs and segment ports. 

Includes optional 1U rack sides and power cable. 

Unit works fine but fan is a bit noisy. Replaced fan with a new OEM fan but it's still a bit noisy for home use if you don't have a enclosed rack cabinet - must just be the unit design.
