This listing in for a very rare Hagstrom Futurama III in a light/daphne-esque blue. I believe this guitar was made between 1963 and 1965. They are very well-known for their very slim and narrow necks. As far as I am aware all of the parts on the guitar are original and haven't been modified or altered in any way, it even still has the King's Neck sticker on the back of the headstock, as well as the silver Hagstrom badge on the front of the body.

Please check the Photographs thoroughly, and feel free to ask for more if you need them. Obviously this is a very old guitar so has various knocks, bumps and scratches to suit. I became a moderate collector of these old Hagstroms for a little while and currently have 3, but I am downsizing some of my equipment so very sadly this one must go (despite being the best looking, the others suit my style of playing a bit better). Because of this I was also more willing to gig the other Hagstroms that I have, and risk bashing them about at practice as well, so this one has remained pretty much unplayed for the time that I have owned it. Due to it's age I would also highly recommend that it have a setup by any potential new owner as well as the electronics checking over, because not being a guitar tech myself I can't guarantee that it hasn't aged in that respect over it's almost 60 year existence. I have plugged it in and as far as I can tell everything works as it should.

This is collection preferred due to the rarity and value of the guitar. I am willing to post within Mainland UK (please contact me first for anywhere else), but it would be using an insured courier so probably quite expensive and would be at the buyer's cost and risk during transit.
