If you have questions ask BEFORE purchasing.  My items are brand new (unless other noted) so i do NOT accept returns for any reason.  If you choose to return something you are responsible for return shipping and it will be taken out of your refund total.  I DO NOT TAKE ANY RETURNS ON BATH & BODY OR HEALTH RELATED ITEMS FOR OBVIOUS HEALTH REASONS. 

If your item is damaged in shipping contact your post office as it was not damaged when i mailed it. If your item arrives late contact your post office as it was shipped on time.
