Customers do have the option of collecting the item from our premises in Birmingham. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for collection.

DELIVERY

This item will only be shipped to UK Mainland. If you require delivery to Scotland and Ireland, please email ourselves for a delivery quote.

Our items are sent through Royal Mail.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 Hours, Delivery should be expected within 2-3 days however maybe slightly longer during busy periods of the year such as Christmas etc

Most Bulky items are dispatched through DHL, you should expect delivery within 1-2 days and a signature will be required.

Please bear in mind that we calculate postage costs by weighing the item and taking into account the packaging cost and Royal Mail collection costs.

REFUND POLICY

If any item has been damaged in transit or has any defects it must be reported within 24 hours. Item will need to be sent back in its original packaging if a replacement or a refund is required. Upon investigation, return postage will be refunded.

If the customer changes their mind regarding the item purchased, items must be returned in re-sellable condition i.e. not damaged to which return postage will NOT be refunded.

As a Company we do not refund any items that have been damaged if you have not managed to use it correctly.

We do include some basic instructions on how to apply some products however this is a courtesy and the customer is required to have certain level of skill to apply the product or find someone who can apply the product for them.
