A hoop clamp mount for a 1/4" diameter (harder to find than later larger diameters) percussion accessory arm, 1920s or 30s vintage. I think this is a Duplex-made part but it has no brand marking on it. Nickel finish.
Very good condition with light cosmetic wear for its age. Has not been cleaned. All threads good, no cracks or warping.
