Top is new with tags; however, this one has some light "shelf wear" - the front has some very slight cosmetic snags. They're visible if you look close, but photographing them was difficult (reflective fabric doesn't do well with a digital camera - who knew?).

To save money for my buyer's, I generally use a lightweight envelope for items like this so I can ship USPS First Class/Ground Advantage. However, if you need something more quickly, I can also do USPS Priority Mail padded envelopes.
