Very large lot of antique screws

These screws were salvaged from various antique buildings throughout Mississippi. Many of these screws were used with hinges, knobs, locks, and various antique door hardware. All of these screws are flathead (unless a couple slipped by and I didn’t notice). A significant number of them do have rust but I do believe they are all while screws (no partial or broken screws in this lot.

I have saved these screws for several years. Everytime I remove antique door knob, etc… I would put the screws I thought were still usable and straight into a large mason jar. I didn’t count but there are several hundred screws in this lot and likely over one thousand.

These are good to use if you are using reclaimed hardware or antique materials bc usually when purchasing door hardware etc… the items do not have screws that were used with the product. When an antique hinge or lock is installed using brand nes shiny silver or gold screws it definitely doesn’t look good.
