This is an enormous antique late 19th century Black Forest carved cross, probably in oak, and with it's original stand. It is very elaborately carved and was once used to display a figure of Jesus.
Measuring just over 100cm tall, 65cm wide and with the stand measuring 25cm deep it is in very good condition with only some wear and tear, and several small holes where the figure was attached (these are almost impossible to see in the carved surface).
