EXCELLENT preowned condition.  YOUTH size 4 (NOT toddler).  These were only worn a couple of times prior to outgrowing so they have NO major flaws.  No holes, rips, or tears.  Only minor wear to the soles of the shoes due to normal wearing only a couple of times.  They are super shiny and beautiful!  Smoke free home.  I ship FAST!
