For international buyers:

- I am happy to combine postage and shipping is much cheaper per game if you are buying multiple games but please note the points below

- I will combine the postage at the end of the auctions

- I only used tracked international postage; the package is insured for £50 by default and can be insured further up to £250 depending on the value of the package

- International postage usually takes 1-2 weeks but please note that it may take up to 6 weeks and I can’t make claims with the post office until this time has passed

- Buyers are responsible for paying customs fees; usually ebay will charge this upfront and collect the payment

- For customs, I fill out a form that is attached to your package and I write the code on the package that states that VAT has already been paid

- Some buyers have been charged customs fees again by their local authority. As ebay collects the first customs payment, the best way to manage this is contacting ebay help if you have been charged twice. Usually this results in the buyer paying the customs charge again and getting a refund on the original customs payment made to ebay. Please contact the ebay help first to confirm the best way for you before doing this as I don’t collect the customs payment but this is my advice for the quickest resolution

- This only happens rarely but I prefer to be transparent with my fellow ebayers, particularly in Europe
