Wildey agrees to pay the yearly sum of £6 during the term of the natural life
of Walter Wildey. He also agrees to deliver to the ‘actuall aboad of the said
Walter Wildey in Comberford’ a sufficient cart load of coals on the Feast day
of Saint Michael the Archangel.

this age. Ink clear and free of fading. Retains both vellum tabs but the wax
seals are lacking.
