This is a smaller, bright silver tone metal buckle with black accents and a chrome like finish, made in the U.S.A., in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-3/4" x 2", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 2.6 oz.
