Overall good condition.  Cover shows some minor shelf wear to corners and edges.  Binding is tight and all pages are fully intact.  There is pencil writing on the first page and one other page with a pencil mark in the margin.  Typical age discoloration throughout.  Pages are otherwise clean with no writing, markings, or tears.  Please see pics and email me if you have any questions.
