You are bidding on a beautiful Van Briggle "Sleepy Frog" figural hand made in 2005 at the VB factory.  This little guy is the beautiful MING BLUE color which was Van Briggle's signature color, in my humble opinion.  The frog measures 4 and 5/8s inches in diameter and about 2.5 inches tall.  It was meant to be a paper weight or something similar.  The frog came in 7 different colors.  As you may know Van Briggle sadly closed its doors in 2014.  It had operated since 1899.  The pottery was very popular and known for many beautiful colors, figural items and its smooth feel to the touch.
