Vintage West Virginia Mountaineers Insulated Pocket Diaper Backpack & Change Mat. This was purchased at a thrift store pre-owned in good shape. There are a few dirt marks on the outside and there is a baby changing mat that sits on the bottom or in the pocket. The changing pad is a little dirty and could be washed clean. This backpack has not been thoroughly cleaned since purchased. The depth is about 6". The height is about 16-17". The width is about 13-14". There is a main pocket and 2 small front pockets. There is 1 side insulated pocket. All zippers work good. There are adjustable straps and buckle straps in the back.
