Saracen Kili Flyer full suspension frame: Black, Large (19" - see geometry), 120mm travel, 12x142mm or 12x135mm (using red spacer washers - see pics) propriety open dropouts (Non-Boost), BSA threaded 73mm BB shell, ZS44/ZS56 Headtube (Superstar, 2 degree Slackeriser headset - fitted), Takes 200x50mm shock (not included), 6000 series aluminium construction.

This is a used frame with several paint chips but no significant dents (see pictures). It will fit 120-130mm forks and uses a single pivot design.

The Norglide bushings have been replaced within the last ~100 miles. The main pivot bearings are not exhibiting any play.

This incarnation of Saracens flagship Kili Flyer is from 2013 and was one of the first forays into the world of 650b wheels. Compared to a modern bike it doesn't a ridiculously long reach and, if you fancy using a stem that is longer than 35mm, it can be set up with a useful percentage of your body weight over the front wheel, without having to lean over the handlebars. Thus giving a shorter, more nimble wheelbase, a better position for climbing and more front wheel traction. A setup I find really suitable for 90% of trail centres. The 2 degree headset does also help, without causing too much wheel flop, although this works better with 120mm forks and makes the BB a bit lower which helps with stability.

No shock I'm afraid, because I need it. I have run it with both air and coil shocks. The frame rate is such that it has quite a pronounced ramp up as you go through the travelSo, a coil can be used without blowing through the travel.

Anyway, if you fancy a slightly retro poppable short travel full suss that doesn't have a unwieldy, farmers gate proportioned, wheelbase, then this is a good bet. Or, if your normally ride a medium a want a modern stretch, the top tube does sweep quite low, to accommodate shorter legs.

Thanks for looking.
