Vintage Vox / Thomas Organ ‘Cry Baby (Mono-Stereo) - Fuzz / Wah/Vol , Model 9-3701 in full working order. Manufactured in very limited numbers between 1972-1974. 

This is a multitasking pedal with the ‘Vox’ wah circuit, which is infamous and has the hard to find ‘stack of dimes’ inductor, with the addition of Hendrix style fuzz! The circuit layout is the same circuit design as the Vox - V8162 Distortion Booster introduced in 1969. You can adjust the gain and sustain to your taste by tweaking the internal circuit mounted pots. ALSO, this is a volume pedal and both the wah and volume function in a true stereo mode. The stereo effect (when using a stereo output cable) has this amazing wah effect on one side and a sweeping fuzz on the other. It is a quite amazing and delirious soundscape when running it through two amps placed a distance away from each other. You do not need stereo input or output cables, it works well with both types. You can use a stereo in cable to bring this box to a different dimension but it is not necessary.

There are internal adjustments that can be made with trim dials.

Combine the two for that vintage '60s/70s rock sound, and then added to that when both circuits are switched off you get the feature of a volume pedal.
