It does not include the tealight candle or the box. It was only used once. I do not see any issues with it. In my opinion it is in good pre-owned condition. Please check all pictures carefully as they are part of the description. Any questions please ask. What you see is what you receive. If it is supposed to have anything else, it is not included.
