Delivery items will be sent via Courier or Royal Mail First Class. 

Where possible we aim to dispatch all items the same day if ordered before 2pm for Courier or 11am for Royal Mail. Please note the courier price remains the same no matter how many of this item is purchased. Unfortunately we have experienced some delivery issues with royal mail in the past over christmas time and would prefer to offer a courier service for anyone in urgent need of their items.

Most items are eligible for return, however must be returned within 30 days of despatch for replacement or refund. 

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in. 

All items are uniquely marked so we can verify the original part was returned and not a faulty unit.

 If an item is to be returned, the return postage will be paid by the buyer. There is no refund for postage costs, all refunds will incur a restocking fee of 10% or the cost of initial postage, Whichever amount is larger.
