This listing is for this pair of Wonderful Ferragamo Shoes, BLACK leather, sling back.  Heels classic, lightly worn one time pumps 3 inch heels, modified pointed toe.  The rubber heels are off. Because old rubber falls apart. Not because of wear.  It just needs rubber heel tips. The toe has a metal piece on the leather sole.  This eliminates wear on the sole.  If they don't have, I used to add, because it extends the life of the shoe.  Thus is a Size 6B US.  As I noted. I found that some 6-1/2B are the same as 6, especially in Ferragamo.  The other shoe, shown but on another post. Is marked 6-1/2B US.   The Sling Back gives you more flexibility.

I bought these about 30 years ago at Saks Fifth Avenue or Neiman Msrcus,  Beverly Hills, Made in ITALY.  When designer shoes were still made in Italy or Europe. Top leather shoe makers. 

Except for sports shoe, I can't wear made in China.   They don't know how to cut for European, American feet,  in my experience and opinion.

This is a 6 B, but I find that many 6 and 6-1/2 are identical.

They run true to size.  I have the same in burgandy & navy.
