Please inspect your parcel carefully upon delivery - In case if item delivered to you is faulty or damaged in any way please report it to us as straight away and no later than 2 working days after delivery. In case if your parcel will be not delivered within 14 days from placing an order please let us know about that. If this will be not reported to us within this time frame there will be no possibility to replace or refund your order.

60 days returns policy. We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on any item purchased over the internet. Returns must be completed within 60 days of purchase of the item(s) and all items must be unused and returned in the same condition as they were received. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning item and we are unable to refund any postage cost, (except where goods are received faulty). Exceptions:Before you hang any part of wallpaper: read instruction provided (if instruction is missing please do not install wallpaper but contact us for a replacement) layout your mural to ensure that all panels are the same size, colour, that they match together perfectly and they are in good condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be made once you have hung any part of your mural.

We do not ship our items to destinations described by courier as Remote Area outside of United Kingdom. If your delivery address is within remote area and you have placed an order with us we reserve the right to cancel this order at any time. Estimate delivery time for remote area destinations is longer and may take up to 21 days.
