Payment is expected immediately after purchase. If payment is not received within 5 days without prior arrangements, the appropriate steps will be taken for reporting an unpaid item with ebay.


We ship for the exact cost of shipping. The larger envelopes cost more to mail therefore we charge for that shipping. Items bought will be shipped within 2 days. We ship Monday through Friday. If you purchase a lot Friday (after 4pm Pacific time) through Sunday that lot will be mailed on the following Monday. Packages are shipped the most inexpensive way to ship. You can expedite shipping by paying an extra fee. Please email us in that case or if you have questions. Shipping costs include postage, packaging & shipping supplies. We pack each lot very carefully.

 

Any lot purchased over the amount of $100.00  will be insured for that value. If you want to insure a lesser value stamp lot please contact us. Before you leave negative or neutral feedback, please contact us if you have any problems with the stamps you receive. We try hard to resolve all problems to your satisfaction.
