Details: Up for grabs is a Retired American Girl Doll Jess McConnell 18” - Girl of the Year 2006 in Pre-Owned Condition. There is normal play wear with scratches, scuffs, marks, spots, and stains. There is marker on the dolls feet. The shoes also show wear and damage. Please see photos for more details.
