A website called Polygon.com did an excellent research story about the groundbreaking of this animated movie and how was buried into the Walt Disney Vault and still today over twenty six years later. On the heels of Runaway Brain coming out in 1995 this artwork was created for the Walt Disney 1996 D23 Fan Convention that year held at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida and told displayed at the theme park during the event. In house Disney Imagineering Artist Mark Sepala was given the opportunity to use his incredible artistic Disney trained talent and created by hand the rarest hand painted version of Mickey Mouse ever seen by the public. Not only a one of one edition it comes with the Official Disney Certificate of Authenticity and Handsigned by the Artist ( which is covered up with a cardboard piece leaning against the picture to prevent copyright infringement or theft image online) . It has been stored inside a temperature controlled vault and not been in the public a very longtime since privately owned after acquiring from Walt Disney .
