- The headset has been tested and is in great working condition. Cosmetically it’s in the same condition, no marks to the lenses and the outer shell is also immaculate.

- All items are thoroughly cleaned before dispatch.

- All items are available for collection from our facility at Darlington DL1 1.

Sometimes the free postage courier that we use will be different to the one advertised, if paying for extra postage your item will be sent using the postage option you have chosen.

- As we sell used items please do not expect any accessories or extras to be included that would be included if the item was brand new. Please see pictures for included items, this is what you will receive unless otherwise stated in the title or description.

- Please note, if your parcel does not arrive, we need to allow up to 14 days for Royal Mail to trace the item before any refund will be made. This stops fraudulent claims being made and cannot be avoided.

- Item will have a security sticker on. If this sticker has been tampered with or removed, returns will NOT be accepted. Please make any quality checks/tests before removing this sticker.
