In the image is Albert Augustus Hazell (Boy Scout Uniform) on the left who was the youngest brother and although in the Navy, missed being an active part of WW1 or WW2.

In the middle is the oldest brother Sydney William Hazell. He was a part of the 21st (County of London) Battalion, The London Regiment (1st Surrey Rifles).
