6 EGG CUP STAND / FRAME & CUPS OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE GEORGE IV c1820 T & J Creswick
Hallmarks for T & J Creswick
Dimensions: frame approx 200mm diameter (8 inches); 180mm tall (7 inches); cups 65mm tall
Condition: Good. Dings, light dents, surface scratches and tarnishing. Warm copper tones bleeding through in places. Cups in good antique condition with some wear to the mounts and gilt interiors - one cup has a solder repair where the bowl meets the foot (see photos). One of the spoon holders is loose and spins. Part of the central section is dented (see photo 8). Wear commensurate with age and use. Please see photos and if you have any further questions do not hesitate to ask.
Notes: Fine 19th Century egg cup frame with decorative borders, handle and feet. Tinned underside.
