Both are like new with tags. The ghost says booooo (voice tag was pulled to work and boos when you wave wand) Frank's voice tag is still attached so I have no idea what he says ...he probably grunts in a spooky fashion. Both with original tags attached and are about 12 inches tall. Plush has a soft feel to the head area and nice smooth feel plush handle. Handle is strong and does not bend.
