This has an ultra polished sculptured look.
The fabric is thick enough to hold all bits & pieces in. Ponte is a terrific double thickness fabric.

There is a peplum on this dress which has a break at middle front & middle back. The peplum helps to flatten the hip  waist area. The peplum has a wide binding along its edges. At first, I thought the peplum was pockets. The break in the peplum helps to make it less dressy but still powerful.

The conditions 

Shipping: Add $10 Parcel Post

My standard shipping is via Australia Post’s Parcel Post satchels. I do not make money on shipping. Occasionally, the invoice you paid may have shown greater shipping than the actual satchel I used. In every such occasion, you will receive a refund around the time of the tracking update.

Combining shipping: Of course I combine shipping - when you ask for this, you must advise which other specific items you want to combine & they must all end within 7 calendar days of each other. You must ask for combining before the first auction ends. No exceptions.

Paying for combined shipping: You can wait for the combined invoice to pay. It should arrive within 12 hrs of the auction end, depending on time of day and my level of busy. If you decide to pay invoices individually, I will always refund the excess shipping when I update your tracking.  

Changes to shipping: If you want a revision to shipping (rg: Express Post), the item has to be refunded & a new sale / invoice made. The change request also has to be requested before the auction ends. No exceptions. There is no concept of “topping up” outside of ebay & it is not allowed by ebay anyway. I may ask you to pay the new invoice before I refund your old invoice so you don’t run away. 

Tracking: All Parcel Post satchels are tracked with Aust Post.

Discounts: Low prices & low margins mean no discounts. This includes no volume discounts, no best price requests. Use “Best Offer” where available. No exceptions.

Offline price negotiations & offline transactions: I don’t do either of these. No exceptions.

Pick ups: No pick ups, no meet ups & I don’t drink coffee. No exceptions.

Cancellations: I do not cancel bids, offers and wins unless ebay insists. Bid carefully as I am not responsible for your change of mind or errors.

Cancelling your bid: If you retract your bid and select a false reason for the cancellation, you will be reported & blocked. Retraction of a bid for “Entered wrong amount” is not a get out of jail free card. You must then enter the correct amount or be reported /blocked.  

Non payers: Non payers will be reported & blocked irrespective of their reasons for non payment. Try hospitalization for brain surgery or a seizure, bidding while sleepwalking, child made the bid while playing on your phone, pensioner status, special needs buyer or children, single income status or no income status. Yes, these are all real excuses.  

Abuse of the returns process: I only accept returns which ebay effectively gives me no option but to accept. If you abuse the returns process, you will be reported & blocked. Change of mind masquerading as “not as described” is classified as abuse of the returns process. Don’t. Go. There. Change of mind is any reason whatsoever other than faulty & can include don’t want it anymore, found it cheaper elsewhere, found something similar, the event was cancelled etc.

Can I exchange or get credit? No exchanges/credit. No exceptions.

Discount for flaws? I don’t give discounts for damaged/not as described (NAD) items which the buyer has in their possession. It is sad, but some buyers will damage an item in a way that is acceptable to them in order to get a discount. Other buyers photoshop issues into photos to get a discount. Thanks to these people, I don’t give discounts but I will happily give a full refund if ebay requires me to do this and the buyer must return the goods. 

Can I get a Buy It Now (BIN)? Yes. BINs are +30% on the auction price per ebay. The uplift is payment for depriving other buyers from bidding.

Has it been sent yet? & When do I get my tracking info?

Please look at the ebay tracking field to see if the parcel has commenced its journey. This is far more efficient & reliable than me responding to you with a 22 digit tracking number in an email. I update tracking by the end of the day on which I posted it. Most of the time, that day is the deadline given by ebay for posting so it’s extra incentive for me to do the update by that day.

If tracking has been inserted, then the parcel is on its way. If the posting deadline has passed, you see no tracking & I have not contacted you, then please, ask the question. Of course if you feel there are unreasonable delays or the tracking isn’t making sense, please contact me asap. 

Handling period: Ebay allows a 2 business day handling period b/w the time you pay & the time the item is posted. Handling period exists for reasons such as time zone differences, allowing the seller to have a life or just to handle volumes of outgoing goods. Handling period always ends at midnight on a weekday whether you pay in the morning or at night. So your handling period can be up to 2.5 business days, when you pay early in the day.

Legitimate issues? That’s what I am here for. Within the bounds of these Conditions, I will do my absolute utmost to help you sort out any problems. If however, you cancel for change of mind or start screaming at me & resort to bad feedback without an intelligent preceding dialogue and /or display sneaky self serving motives, I am pleased to say that you will not have a good experience here. Unlike most ebayers, I am happy to sacrifice good feedback for honesty.
