Signed Unused Cover for The Beast by A.E. Van Vogt Mass Market Size Unfolded (3401568)

This is a unattached and never used cover for a mass market sized book, signed on the "back" side by the author with "Lydea" and unknown other markings.  Also has a signature from what appears to be Kelly Freas, the artist who designed the cover, on the "front" side.  Other side (what would have been the inside cover) is completely blank.  Top right corner has been clipped, some wear to the edges and some light staining/yellowing.
