This is a solid brass buckle with an enameled metal inlay, made by Aminco Heritage Buckles, in 1980. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-1/8", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 3 oz.
