. Pre-owned items have been steamed or washed with scented detergent, laundry sanitizer liquid, fabric softener (hard well water), thoroughly dried using dryer sheets, photographed, listed, then stored in sealed plastic tub, sometimes stored for several months.

A sealed empty tub has an unpleasant, industrial, plastic, chemical, odor. When unscented laundry supplies were used there were comments of odd odors stemming from the plastic clean sealed tub. I've now had 2 comments about perfume. Just to clarify the pre-owned items have been steamed or washed using scented products and are clean of any previous wear.

. We photograph the best we can however colors may vary slightly based on lighting and viewing devices.     

. Items are stored in a temperature controlled, pet and smoke free area.

. You can expect your items to be packed with care and shipped soon after paid. You can also expect your clothing items to be wrinkled or at least with fold creases.
