Lenses and camera shutters are physically tested only; glass and various other optical items such as rangefinders and viewfinders are by visual inspection only. Most items are collectible and sold accordingly.

If you are purchasing an item to USE in the field; as a hobby, or for professional reasons, I advise you have the item SERVICED, cleaned, lubricated and adjusted for 100% perfection

Keep in mind that most lenses, (even brand new lenses) may have dust particles inside. It has no effect on image results whatsoever. I try to mention any obvious defects or faults and flaws in my descriptions or photos.

Please take into consideration that most of the items I sell are used, vintage classic, and most of these items are 50-70 years old! Collectibles. I do not service, repair, maintain, or restore equipment (unless mentioned in the description above) At most I give the equipment a cleaning before taking photos for a listing. I do my best to test for function, but [can't guarantee accuracy due to the temperamental nature of such vintage classic equipment]

Although I try to give accurate descriptions of my items, it is possible at times to overlook points that may seem unimportant to me, but very important to YOU. I urge bidders to ASK questions FIRST not after the auction is over. The item you see is the exact item described.

I am very fair when it comes to my sales/helping resolve any issue you may have with your item. I can usually answer any questions you may have within 24 hours (probably less) and would like a pleasant transaction with you!
