Lot of 3 vintage travel and souvenir memorabilia for Niagara Falls U.S. 
The first item is a soft cover booklet titled The American Falls Yesterday Today Tomorrow, 1973, from the International Joint Commission (IJC), black and white photos, A blue postcard is included asking for buyer's opinion on what should be done. The three kinds of physical changes and the cost estimates are listed on the last page.

The second item is a blue and white covered Official Guide Niagara Falls U.S.A. from Niagara Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau New York, staples down left side, the maps in this brochure are copyright 1965. Along the Highway pages lists motels on Route 62. It also lists the prices and what each offers. Some phone numbers have a two letter beginning such as BU 3-9654. One great listing is called Bell's  which has 14 rooms...some housekeeping units....Pk Rates: $9-10 season. There are also black and white photos such as the viewmobile. There are also listings for Motels on Route 384, Camp Sites and Trailer Parks, Downtown Tourist Homes, and Other Tourist Homes. Then there are pages of Points of Interest and another map. It lists the different points of interest, brief description, and pricing. Example: To ride a helicopter is possible from the Howard Johnson's and Treadway Inn. Fares about $6! Another is the Niagara an animated museum, depicts the history of the Niagara Falls area, Adults 75 cents, Children 50 cents. Cave of the Winds Maid of the Mist photos, Another section is called Pleasures in Eating divided into sections: Restaurants with Banquet Facilities, Other Fine Restaurants, Coffee Shops & Snack Bars, Downtown Restaurants, Downtown Coffee Shops & Snack Bars, Restaurants on Routes, and Cafeterias. All with brief descriptions, phone numbers, times, credit cards accepted, etc.. Mileage chart on back. Lots of wonderful vintage businesses and information. 

The third item is a folded Niagara Falls Newest Scenic Map (green). Benefit North Niagara Kiwanis, 25 cent cost for map, 24" x 17" when unfolded. Map of the Falls area. Advertising businesses inset around the map. On the back part United States and Canadian Attractions are listed. There's also a Navy enlistment ad. There is also a Niagara Falls International Convention Center information section (which I don't believe is still used as a convention center). I don't see any date on it but it might be from late 60s to 70s? Just guessing so will let buyer decide the age of this map. Como Restaurant, The Piccadilly Lounge, John's Flaming Hearth
