Good pre-owned condition. Unfortunately there is a "approximately" 2"x2" water spot on the front the bled through to the first 3 pages. A noticeable 1/4" tear and another stain on the spine. Damage to the girls face on the front. Some indentions and other damage. Overall considering this catelog is from 1988, I'd say the condition is good.
