No box. Comes with everything you see in the pictures. It looks in great shape with a couple little scuffs, see pictures. When plugged in it comes one and when the foot pedal is pushed it makes a noise, but the needle didn’t go up and down.. but than again I have no idea how to operate it. It will come with the thread you see too.
