Here we have a nice copy of Queensryche's Self Titled 12" EP from 1983. This was the band's debut record and propelled them into stardom. This particular copy is the early 2nd issue pressed on the gray EMI America labels.
The record is in VG+ condition, with some light surface scratches and scuffs. The record has some splotching on Side 1, but it doesn't affect play. The cover is in VG+ condition, with some light ring wear and edge wear. Please see all the pictures to determine the condition.
