There are 150 Watt solar panels on the roof with a controller, and 750 Watt inverter inside trailer. Also 200 amp hour lithium battery to operate the trailer.

I replaced the propane detector with a new propane detector and CO detector. They have to be changed every 8 to 10 years.

Trailer has a new set of tires within the last year and a half and a power lift for the hitch 

Everything is in good working order and in good condition.

The trailer was in an accident before I bought it in 2017. It was dented on the side opposite the door. The axle broke was the cause of the accident.   I had the axle replaced   even the brakes and wheels I still have the paper work of  the axle repair  and  I repaired the side of the trailer . The insurance company of the original owner had marked the trailer as salvage before I got it. It now  has a Wisconsin certificate of title as rebuilt salvage.In order to get the certificate of title it had to be inspected by State Highway Trooper. I have put about 1o,ooo to 15,ooo miles on going camping in northern Minnesota and visiting my daughter in Tennessee since I got Wisconsin certificate of title and license plates. There was no damage done to the inside of the trailer and you can see on the pictures how it looks. I have used it s sence 2017 and am very pleased with it. The reason we are selling it is we got a new vehicle that is a hybrid and it is not designed to tow it. The trailer weighs 3500 pounds.
