A very good, unworn and clean example of this famous, light and versatile 80’s model that has survived with no damage or serious blemishes. It has been taken from a large private collection of cameras that now need new homes after many years in the care of a dedicated collector.
There are some signs of very light wear on close inspection but no scratches, scrapes, dents or other faults. The vinyl trim is very smart, no peeling. There are no stains or heavy soiling and the interior is also very clean. Battery compartment clean. The controls all work smoothly including reliable shutter release.
Both lenses have no fungus or haze, and no cosmetic damage. The original case is smart and supple.
I hope this Olympus will please another film enthusiast - it is always nice to see vintage cameras that have survived so well. If the new owner finds any faults unknown to me, a return will be politely accepted with no question, so feel free to test the camera thoroughly at your leisure with no risk.
