Your satisfaction is our first priority. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the item received date.
All items MUST be returned in their original condition, not altered. The buyer pays for returning the item, defective or not.
We take charge of the expenses shipping back to you. We do not reimburse the return shipping charges.
All orders up to 8:00am Mon - Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
We do not dispatch items on weekends and public holidays.
Normally it takes 2 to 3 working days to arrive UK, Europe 7-10 working days for the rest of the world
Returns Policy
If you wish to return goods using this right, you need to inform us as soon as you receive the goods.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them at your own expense.
If you need to return an item you must first request a return.
Refunds are only issued after you have agreed to and accepted the mutual eBay cancellation.
We are happy to exchange or refund as long as the item is returned, however no part of the original packaging should be removed or damaged.
Please return the item in the same condition as you received it.
Refunds are given minus the cost of postage, unless the item is defective
