This is a Chase Authentics Nascar Dale Junior Amp Energy Zip Up Hooded Sweatshirt Jacket from the 90’s.  It is in good shape other than some slight staining on the amp logo.  It is marked SM on the tag which I think means Small / Medium.  I don’t know for sure.
