Mid 19th century Lincoln County, North Carolina, School of Daniel Seagle. Jug having a very well potted body with rich runny glaze and ovoid form. The piece has incised decorated surrounding upper body as well. The handle and a very small portion of the spout is professionally restored, otherwise very good condition throughout.  This jug measures 14" Tall x 10" across the center with a 6 1/2" wide base.   It's a Great looking 2-gallon jug for your collection.
