This Folk Art Pilgrim Couple is made of corn husks, straw, and wood. The lady is carrying a child, wrapped in a blanket and a bucket. Her face, dress bib, child, and bucket are all hand carved wood. The gentleman is carrying a turkey and a bundle of corn. His hat, face, shirt bib, turkey, corn, calves, and shoes are hand carved wood. They well made and nicely carved.

These are used and do have some wear. The woman has a brown stain on her belt, and it looks like the back of her bib has been broken and glued back on. The repair is not visible from the front. The man has some dark spots and has a tendency to fall forward, so he will need some sort of support or aid for stability. See photos for condition details.
