 USPS Postage update!   The United States once again has increased their First Class mail rates.  They have also increased the delivery time.  From what I have read, it says First Class packages will take 1-3 extra days in transit, so I wanted to make everyone aware of these changes because I am not sure Ebay will reflect the changes even though they went into effect Oct 1.
