·       Most of our items are wholesale, overstock, returns, unclaimed, or shelf pulls. Most boxes/packages have been opened for inspection/photos. This is how we are able to offer you these items at discounted from new retail prices.

·         If the package has been opened and inspected, it is listed as Open box. Product itself will be uninstalled/unused unless otherwise specified. If listed as open box, it may not come in original package, box/package may be damaged, or instructions may not be included. We try to indicate any of these cases in item description.

·         We try to accurately describe items and include any marks/defects/cosmetic damage if any is present. Please let us know if something was missed.

·         Unfortunately, sometimes items do become damaged in shipping. If this happens, please let us know and submit for a return.

·         Due to increasing shipping costs, some states with higher shipping costs may incur small shipping cost.

·         If there are any problems with your purchase, please message us as soon as you can. We will do our best to work with you.

·         We generally do not test the items as this would make them used. However, if the item is not fully functional within indicated return timeframe, we will refund your purchase price as well as any shipping costs. If the item has been tested it will be indicated in the product description.

·         We are not affiliated with the manufacturer or distributor of any products and manufacturer’s warranty will not be included in our products. There are no warranties on any of our products. We are a second hand retailer offering you these products, this combined with not offering any warranties is how we are able to offer you these products at a lower than new retail price.

·         In the event you wish to return the product due to change mind/didn’t fit or any reason other than if we misrepresented the item/item was damaged, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund of original amount purchased. We will provide proof of this cost if requested. The item must be in the condition it was sent.

·         Please review Ebay’s return policy stating it is against policy to falsely claim an item was not as described, return an item other than original item received, or use or damage an item and then return it (this doesn’t apply if the item was installed/used but didn’t work properly or was defective).
