Super cute baby hat! I don't think this is very old, maybe 90s at the oldest. It does have a tag, only has size 6.

Not sure how to measure this for fit, so here goes. 11 1/2" across bottom back, 15" across front.

Will be stored in a bin in a non-smoking home. 1 dog that comes in and out, but not in my storage area.

Will ship as waterproof as possible.
