This is a special edition Wizard of Oz collectible figurine from Multi Toy Corp. Figure is still sealed in package in original excellent condition. Package shows some light shelf wear including possible corner abrasion, creases, spotting and yellowing and  indentions of blister packs. Many toy products manufactured in the 70's and 80's in Hong Kong were packaged with paperboard backing and lightweight plastics used to make blister forms were subject to UV yellowing and easily dented, creased of disformed even with careful handling.
