Don't know much about this item. Likely 1950s-1960s. Definitely handmade. Metal is .999 Fine Silver and is marked. Green patina showing.
I cant say all of it is fine silver... there is fabric, rubber tires, connector pieces of metal....
In antique silver patina condition. Pedals and wheels are free and moving. Awesome piece. Not cleaned...buyer responsibility.
