This lovely vintage Parker Knoll rocking chair was produced in the 1960’s and is in its original dark wood finish with brown velvet upholstery. There are a few signs of wear but for its age it is in very good condition. Its model number is PK 1016/7/8/9 and my research showed it was manufactured in the 1960’s. Both the seat and back cushions are covered in brown upholstery velvet and are removable should a new owner wish to re-upholster the chair but, having sat in it myself and inspected the velvet fabric, I don’t feel that would be necessary unless brown does not fit in with their current decor.
