The condition of this device is 'For Parts or Not Working'. It is being sold as-is: no returns, refunds or exchanges because the phone does not display an IMEI and will not activate.  Because of this we are unable to get past the setup menu and cannot fully test the phone.  The serial number is DX3DN8L2N72Q.
